All information below will be made available in accordance with Federal Regulation IMBR SEC. 833.5 (d)

As required by the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act Of 2005 [SEC. 833.5 (d) Regulation of International Marriage Broker] Adventure Romance Tours is required to collect the following background information from our Tour customers.
Adventure Romance Tours is also required to conduct an electronic search on the National Sex Offender public registry and state public registry.
This information and search results will be translated into Spanish and made available to all Colombian women who you communicate with or will be meeting you on a Adventure Romance Tour. Your Address, Email address, Phone Number, Birth Date and Passport Number will be kept confidential and will not be released without your written permission.
