Customer satisfaction is always our first priority at Adventure Romance Tours.

Adventure Romance Tour Refund Policy
We all understand that travel plans can change. Adventure Romance Tour understands this and will work with all customers on rescheduling and canceling Adventure Romance Tours under the following guidelines.

1. All Adventure Romance Tours can be rescheduled at no cost anytime up to 45 days prior to the Tour departure date.
2. Subsequent cancellations 45 to 30 days prior to the Tour departure date will incur a $100.00 rescheduling fee.
3. A cancellation fee of $500.00 will be incurred in the case of reservations being cancelled from 30 days to 17 days prior to departure. The Adventure Romance Tour can be rescheduled during this time period for a rescheduling fee of $250.00
4. A cancellation fee of $1000.00 will be incurred in the case of reservations being cancelled 16 days or less prior to departure.

All cancellations or changes must be in writing and can be emailed to ContactUs@AdventureRomanceTours.com. Make sure to include the last 4 digits of the credit card used to make the reservation.
